Building a solid residual income for your home business
I often see network marketers failing because they only focus on short term earnings. Or they don’t fully appreciate the potential to be had from long term residual income.
One of the biggest benefits from multi level marketing is the way in which you can earn passive income through the company’s tier structure commissions. If your network marketing company pays out on first line, second line, etc. the residual income can really mount up.
The residual income you desire to support your lifestyle dreams won’t kick in unless you build a solid team of active marketers. You make money from creating a productive team for years to come – but of course, it’s not a selfish philosophy because you make money only if they make money.
So you have a good incentive to help them be successful. Providing the leadership, training and mentoring your team members need makes good financial sense. Do the work once, and get paid for life…
New MLM home business owners often make the mistake of thinking … “I first need to be successful before I can teach others … so I won’t start building a team until I’ve mastered everything …” WRONG!
Even if you are barely breaking even in your OWN business, take the lead.
Drill into yourself the vision about residual income and belief that you are in the game long-term not “try it and see”. This business works so it tests you out, so you don’t test it out, you have to commit to succeed or you probably won’t!
Your first priority should be to go out and recruit your 10 leaders or however many people you have to until you have a $10,000/month residual income (or whatever your goal is.)
For example, when you join my Pro Marketing team, I even go as far as helping my new members (and sometimes theirs too) close their sales by calling their applicants and BiB customers FOR them until they have made their first few sales.
Of course our CCPro office will also call your applicants for you, but if a prospect leaves their number, I will always try to make contact directly too – it’s just a personal touch because I’m on the look out for my next 10 Leaders – and that could be YOU!
In conclusion, do whatever it takes to maximize your residual income and you will enjoy the pay off for years to come.
