There is much research done on the key characteristics and actions of leaders and in this article, we consider these against the network marketing industry and how to project these to build on your attraction marketing.
In so doing, we offer some valuable actions that consultants can start to emulate and adopt to develop their own leadership in attracting people into their network marketing business. This a core part of the success coaching I do with my team.
In seeking to develop your leadership for network marketing success, if you had to say what the most common characteristics of successful leaders are, what would be on your list?
It’s interesting that in leadership surveys, people place honesty at the top of the list. People value the truth, they value integrity, especially if based on other people’s personal experiences in choosing who to follow.
Today the climate of scepticism and mistrust around network marketing and MLM is as real as it was 10, 20, 30 years ago, particularly with the internet. It is still very important as a leader to be transparent and accessible, which is why events, video, webinars and just as importantly the telephone are the tools of choice for network marketing leadership.
That people need to learn to know you, like you and trust you, is an important lesson for your marketing – attraction marketing – and for leadership for network marketing success.
