If you think it’s mad to create network marketing training before you actually have recruited anyone into your team, think again.

It’s really important to start doing this as soon as you can whether you’re new or established, this is the way forward. This is a principle known as ‘Be,Do,Have’ where you must first be the leader you wish to become, so you start doing the things that leaders do, and the result is then to have the success that leaders have.

Create Network Marketing Training

Here’s how you can easily create network marketing training to establish your leadership and drive your lead generation and recruiting in your home business.

First, you need an idea (above).

Second, I recorded a short audio memo on my iphone whilst in my car!

Here’s that audio (mp3): How to Create Network Marketing Training for Your Team & Your Attraction Marketing.

Third, I wrote out that transcript into an outline text. Here’s the raw stuff and then the rest of the 10 steps that help you use time many times over to use this content as part of your attraction marketing strategy as well as to develop a set of network marketing training for coaching the team you will inevitably build.

Below, you’ll see exactly how I did this for my most recent team training on this very same topic/strategy.

Working title: Training your team before you’ve got a team

Outline: AUDIO TRANSCRIPT STRUCTURED TO CREATE NETWORK MARKETING TRAINING SESSION

  1. Start with a homework assignment to design & create a short training for your team. Doing this on the principle of Be, Do, Have and why it’s really important to start doing this as soon as you can whether you’re new or established, this is the way forward. We’ll cover how you go about producing a training session, not getting bogged down in the detail, having some idea of what you’re going to cover.
  2. To start with that, you’ve got to start with your passions, do a bit of a skills audit, and think about what is it that you personally bring to the table here, this business is all about helping others, so what part of that particularly resonates with you that you feel you want to share. This becomes your mission. My mission is to help people to wake up to the possibilities and to play their greatest game, whether that’s individuals or businesses – I’ve widened my brief as my business has grown.
  3. So you have to find out here, what are your starting points, where can you add value to that agenda. And from there to pick out one thing that you feel you can maybe be piloted into a room of half a dozen or a dozen people and actually say something fairly credible about and give some value to those people sitting there maybe for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. I suggest for your homework assignment you do something for 10 minutes that you can produce as a YouTube video.
  4. So you want to start with an outline and be clear what is it you want to relay then to talk from the heart. So then you’re going to want to create a few slides to structure your thinking. Another way of doing it, is to represent your thinking/presentation in pictures – animating as you speak, drawing a pictorial representation of the concept or strategy or technique.
  5. Use time twice, even if no-one shows up on a training, I will run that training because I can use that training in multiple ways – as an article, as a YouTube video, upload on my blog, so that training will appear in my marketing and my team support.
  6. Building this up into a curriculum means you can then create network marketing training sets as an ebook or video coaching series that you can give away for free on your blog or sell as your own product and front end to your primary business offer.

Final title of my article/video:

10 easy steps to create network marketing training even before you’ve got a team

#1. I start with an idea – example, this blog post came from my idea to train my team on this important strategy.

#2. I produce a short audio memo to capture my flow of thoughts … example: I sent this out to my team (you can send it to your list and/or team).

This gives me a working title and a bunch of ideas AND a sizzler audio to my list inviting them to the training.

#3. I write out the memo transcript. This gave me my outline.

#4. I chunk up that short overview into a coherent structure.

#5. I produce some slides & ran a training for my team.

#6. I create a short video/animation with voice over.

#7. I uploaded this to YouTube.

#8. I produce an article (~500 words) & submitted this to Ezinearticles.

#9. I produce a blog post with a personalised version of my article and embedded the YouTube video.

#10. I promote this to my social networks (e.g. facebook, twitter, ping.fm)

Be, Do, Have is a principle you can’t afford to overlook. People need to see you are the leader they are looking for.  Learning how to easily create network marketing training is critical part of a successful strategy for business growth, do you agree?

Best Automated SEO Tool for Rank #1 on Google

The Best Automated SEO Tool is only as Good as your Keywords

Here’s why …

Keywords are what get you ranked in the search engines, like Google. The best automated SEO tools are based on keyword optimisation. BUT, what factors are the MOST and LEAST important for pushing you up the search engine rankings?

With so many different opinions and guides, and google and others changing their algorithms, it’s a tough call knowing what to do. Keyword optimisation based on the latest rules is what the best automated SEO tool will help you with.

Keyword optimisation is the way to make your ‘on-page’  criteria rock!  The more you do, the more you are likely to push your page up high on the search results. Doing it manually can be really tedious. You need to automate the job.

The best automated SEO tool I’ve come across – I use it on my Blog here – is SEOPressor – click the logo for a free trial.best automated seo tool

Start with identifying the killer keywords.

You can get your keywords from Google’s own searches using Google Suggest, which is now built into the way the search engine works. If you start typing your search string into google, something relating to your niche, google will start giving you some suggestions.

Pay close attention to these keyword suggestions, because these are the most frequent or most current searches that people are actually doing. There are plenty of other keyword tools and I recommend you layer your keyword research, starting with some broad niche terms and drilling down – see my Keyword Research video.

The key factors to optimise

It’s nuts that almost 90% of the websites on the Internet overlook these simple yet critical factors. Get these right on your pages and you’ll be rocking and rolling in the top 10%, possibly even killing those top spots for some fairly competitive keywords.

  • Put your keyword in your domain name. This is mandatory.
  • Put your keyword in your titles. If possible, try to wedge in your keyword in every subheading you use as well, provided they are not too many. Specifically, use your keyword in all the H1, H2 and H3 tags that you use.
  • Your keyword must figure somewhere in the first sentence of the article.
  • Your keyword must figure somewhere in the last sentence of the article.
  • Put your keyword as the anchor text in at least one outbound link to a page within your website.
  • Use at least one outbound link to an external page, i.e. a page out of your website, which is trustable.
  • Use your keyword to a density of 2 to 4% through the webpage in a way that doesn’t compromise the ‘human’ visitor. More than 4% is keyword-stuffing. It makes crazy reading and is a sure fire way to get your website blacklisted by Google.

Sometimes you can’t stuff all of these into your blog post or article or web page … it would just come out ridiculous. So there is an element of common sense and compromise involved!

Do a search on ‘best automated seo tool’ and see where this blog post ranks – remember I published this on 1st March 2011 so it may take a while to rank.

SEOPressor takes care of all these factors, by telling you exactly where you’re at with optimising this list, plus a whole host of further factors prompted or done automatically. This is why in my opinion, SEOPressor is the best automated SEO tool you can invest in – and very affordable too – and is one of my Recommended internet marketing tools.

Best Automated SEO Tool Prompts you to Optimise

When installed (for example the SEOPressor plug in for WordPress), the best automated SEO tool will prompt you to take care of the top criteria, e.g. those listed above. This way you make sure you are dotting all your ‘i’s and cross all your ‘t’s where Search Engine Optimisation is concerned.

After a while, like all good habits, you start doing this as a matter of course, and your SEOPressor Score will be right first time!  Even the best automated SEO tool cannot do the job completely for you, but this goes a long way to total optimisation and ranking #1 on Google.

Calculating if Article Marketing Worth the Effort

There are many benefits of an article marketing strategy for free lead generation if you want to increase profits in your business.

ezinearticles top site for article marketing strategyThe example I’ve calculated in my latest article will blow your mind!

Let’s say article marketing is one of you main lead generation strategies. You write 5 articles in your first month to get things going and then write 1 article a week. After 6 months and some clever linking strategies … you’ve now got 25 articles and social network marketing can generate an additional $30K to your business income.

Is Article Marketing Worth the Effort

The most effective article marketing strategy is to base your topics around relevant keywords within your niche that have fairly decent search volume but reasonably low competition, so you are more likely to win the top spots on any search results for that keyword phrase.

Two ways for a quick look:

1. Check the search volume and Cost-Per-Click using Google’s free keyword tool.

2. Check whether a search on your keyword (with and without “” exact match) currently bring up many articles in the first 1-2 pages of search engine listings. If not, then you’re more likely to get your article listed for that keyword than if there are already 4 or 5 articles up there.

The same for articles could be argued with web 2.0 properties.

In summary, you’re looking for low competition keywords and web 2.0 property gaps. Just try it out … put your keyword or keyword phrases into google and see what comes up in the listings.

Are there lots of blogs but only a few (tired old) articles? Or a few squidoo pages but no videos? Find gaps in the search engine listings and create your article for keywords that don’t currently have articles coming up in the listings.

Why? because google thrives on diversification and loves web 2.0 unique content.
