- The initial session touches base with your big business vision, one-year goals. It’s a consulting/coaching conversation that will review your current practice, strengths and assets, and bring you a tonne of clarity on your strategy, bottleneck and best plan of action to achieve the key aims, objectives and results.
- If we both decide LBA is a good fit for what you need support with, you will be able to enrol into the next Accelerator. Kick off is in alignment with financial quarterly cycles starting each 90-day cycle with a roadmap strategy consult, identifying milestones , and creating the next action plan that you will work on with our support, including bi-weekly laser coaching, email/chat ‘get unstuck’ support and accountability, to get you to your goals, quarter by quarter.
- Each 90-day Accelerator is £497 a month x 3 or $100 saving if you pay in full within 30 days (£1391) plus a $200 reduction on your next one.
Note: one-year goals are typically not achievable in a 3-month period 🙂 But never say never! It all depends on whether you’re over-estimating or under-estimating what you bring to the table and how much time you have to work on your business development. This is why we set objectives that are SMART – specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound.

Once enrolled, you can repeat as many Accelerators as you want – pay in full or continue the monthly payments. If you wish, you may take a break of one month between Accelerators to reflect, read and recharge. Or you can take advantage of our special pricing for the One Year Accelerator and take breaks to suit holidays, medical needs, big occasions or other commitments.
